He Marty McFly’d the timeline for himself. With no Picard or crew to prove his humanity in Deja Q he wouldn’t be re-admitted to the continuum.

My "Prediction".

Turns out bringing the Borg Queen back is what really caused humanity to go off the rails.
With the Borg on earth, Humans have to start fighting way back in 2024 and that's what causes them to be so militaristic in the future.
That's why they are actually able to wipe out the Borg (they've been fighting them for a few centuries at that point), and why they are so pumped to finally wipe them out.

That of course doesn't address why this matters to Q, or why he doesn't have his powers, but I'm not too optimistic any of that will make sense anyway.

Who knows....maybe the Q Continuum revoked his powers again because he's once again become a Galactic Menace.

The timeline advances humanity so much that they become more powerful than the Q and eliminate the Q continuum, which is why when Q went back and made this new reality he lost all his powers.

I did have solo singing number on my bingo card, though I was hoping not to stamp it. Dream sequence/ fatherly reunion psychoanalysis wasn't on there though.

Well, Rios just brought his new family aboard, so we can expect some stupid #### of a kid ####ing with something he shouldn't, probably involving the Borg inside the ships computer. And we all know how fun kid actors can be...

The best stuff will probably come from Borg Queen/Agnes sewing destruction and mayhem. At least that should be the best stuff. We will see.

Oh, and I guess we need to have another jail break. Excited yet?

The actor who plays the FBI agent in the forthcoming Picard episode also played a future (...29th Century, I think...?) Starfleet officer in an episode of Voyager. I wondered if he's playing the same character, sent back to the 21st Century to fix Q/Picard & crew's ####ery.
