We should have a pool. Who will be the first guy born after Jan 1, 1990 to win a slam?
(anyone younger than Nishikori, 12/29/89)

My pick is Medvedev, I thought he would be able to break through at this Aussie Open, but he did make the US Open final last year and is very close to taking that next step.

Felix would be hilarious so that someone from the 2000s wins one before the 90s.

No bueno for Shauger as they lose their doubles match in straight sets. They were playing the #2 seeds in the tourney.

Another young guy to keep an eye on is Mikael Ymer from Sweden, the 21 year old won a couple of challenger tourneys late last year and he just took out Jannik Sinner in straight sets 6-3 6-4 in Montpellier.

Just to follow-up on Bianca's status, no firm decision has been made as of yet whether or not she will be competing this weekend:
TT: What’s your actual status for this tie against the Swiss team?
BA: I think there’s still a chance. We haven’t made any decisions yet but I’m hoping I can play.

Man, no fine for Djoker - That's quite surprising, in my opinion.

Even though Milos has been injured, he's managed to keep his ranking quite high. Michael Gallo confirms in the tweet below that he didn't put his name in for the tourney prior to the deadline and thus required a wildcard to get into the draw.
