Obviously I haven't played it yet, but if you're still in the camp of "They should've just re-made FFVII 1-to-1 with better graphics!" I don't imagine you'll like it.
I think people need to come to terms that this is a sequel more than it is a remake.
Thanked chemgear, but man, Indiegala's store sucks. It shows the game is on-sale, lets you add it to the cart, but you go to the checkout and it says "Unfortunately this product is out of stock and will be removed processing this cart."
What the hell, say that on the listing page, you dopes.

No worries. Yeah, that store isn't exactly my go to source lol. Tbh, you might want to add an account here. Set up a wishlist and some notifications. It might kick the crap out of your wallet though.
Unicorn Overlord has a free demo up right now, it's the game but cuts you off after a certain amount of time I think around 7 hours.
I played the first few hours so far, great game. It's everything I hoped it would be, and dare I say more.
It's funny how fast paced the game is, things sure have changed a lot over the years. I think it's to do with the newer generations having no attention span.

Love the art and graphics. Whatever Vanillaware releases seems to be a must buy for me.
I'm really enjoying Like a Dragon: Ishin. I find the story more interesting than previous games, and everything is at a smaller scale so less dicking around trying to advance the main story. The environments are simple, yet nice. Very solid action RPG.
I'm picking up on BG3 again after taking a long hiatus. In my last play session my character had sex with a mind flayer, a demon, and a bear lol. Amazing.

I took a big hiatus too but now i'm playing the dark urge. Was such a goody two shoes in my first playthrough.. now I only have a few party members willing to go along with me.. much like the republican party
And I just started Horizon Zero Dawn.. I never finished it and now I realize I barely even started it!
I forgot how interesting the world is.. and now I remember why i stopped playing, I find the combat kind of off putting.
EDIT: Though I'm going to finish it despite the combat. I guess maybe I just don't understand the strategy.
For the harder enemies always use your focus to highlight the weakpoints, taking out whatever ranged weapons they might have and exploding any tanks on the body. Also make sure to get and upgrade the slingshot launcher as soon as you can, the explosive bombs you can use with it make short work of most enemies

I have so many games like this. When I first got BotW I started it a few times and never got far and then one time I started and it clicked and I finished it twice back to back.
Last time I started Horizon Zero Dawn I made it the farthest I have been which is not far at all, lol. I do want to play it again though I think I could get into it. Add to this list Witcher 3, I've tried numerous times and it has never clicked for me. This is a total ADHD thing for me its either a chore to play something or I get hyper focused and play through the whole thing I just wish I had control of that switch.
