Passenger: Dude someone just lit a gas fire on your hood!

Driver: Right? We need to find a car wash! Now!

Passenger: This is not good, man. Not good. Turn left. NO! Right!

Driver: I can't see! The paint is starting to smoke!

Passenger: Turn the wipers on!

Driver: They're just fanning the flames!

Passenger: This is so distracting! You're gonna get a ticket, man.

Driver: Not if they can't catch me!

Probably just realized that the oilers missed the playoffs (based on reading the local papers).

Trending and followers is sometimes more important then doing the right thing.

Some, very little. But some.

Probably visiting from Calgary. Don’t give them too much credit.

Such an interesting video. Each time I watch it I notice something new.

So this guy lit up 12 cars before this video began I guess? Amazing he didn't get punched out way sooner, but I guess I'd think twice too before intervening with a guy who can light stuff on fire as quickly as he does in the video.

Hawaiian shirt dude is great. Latte sippers are funny. And the whole scene is bonkers. Will watch again.

Intervening is certainly risky when the offenders can lite you on fire, even accidentally, pretty easily. Up until that point, lives were not in grave danger, where risking ones life to save none was a realistic plan.

Possibly, but the video is such good evidence that I don’t think it’s really as big an issue as you think it is. They should have no problem convicting this guy because of the video evidence. The positives are worth it.

That’s not to say you shouldn’t call 9-1-1, but with that many people around you’d have to believe at least one person would.

The way he tosses the Jerry Can and thsn tries to casually walk away just gets me. I mean the hawaiian shirt guy takes like 10 quick steps to take him down. Plus trying to hide in Starbucks...yeah okay Castor Troy.

Would expect no less from an Edmontonian arsonist.

Imo, it’s better to have full video evidence of the crime and have police arrive later than to have no video evidence and police arriving sooner

Which is precisely why quite often 911 doesn't get called. Everyone assumes someone else did it.

Apparently the perp's name is "Malice Sutton".

... "Malice"? Really? That's what you're going with?

Lol. Just noticed Hawaiian shirt guys backup, the guy in the white shirt with the piece of lumber. Dude got taken down by Big Lou and Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Other people from the street have to come into the Starbucks to tell Jim Duggan to settle down. And why is that guy wearing a Hawaiian when everyone else on the street is dressed in jackets and sweaters? I really wish there was audio.

He's from Edmonton, so it's more likely it's Ma'lice.

Yeah, that's something weird. It can be a minor fender bender in a parking lot, and both drivers, one of the passengers, a store employee and 3 people walking by will call 911.

Or it can be a 4 car pileup (with everyone ok, thankfully) and everyone involved assuming one of the other drivers or someone driving by called 911, so no one does for 30 minutes...

One of the videos you can hear a girl calling 911.

Lots of people call 911, one of the sure signs we had a working fire was when dispatch said they had received multiple calls.
