1) the first goal smith let in was soft

2) Goals two and three were not soft. But your goalie has to save some high danger shots and Smith did not do that with enough frequency tonight.

Flames couldn't make an injured, tired Ducks team pay.

How many empty nets did we fan on? Brutal.

To whom? I don't think anyone is looking for a washed up goalie.

Rittich's worst game was Mike Smith's status quo.

Would waaaaaay rather Lehtonen than Mason. I'm actually a little shocked they didn't sign Lehtonen to a PTO. I just do not know if either goalie is in shape enough to even get on the ice let alone play meaningful games.

Wrister from the point, Smith lets out the fattest rebound of 2018.

It’s easy to pile on but I hated all three goals against tonight. The first one was the worst and obviously a makeable save. Second goal, Smith needs to control that rebound or at the very least square himself back to the shooter on the rebound. Took him way to long to react to the rebound. And the third goal, while a good play by Getzlaf, still looked like he lost the net. From the replay from the corner camera, you can really see how much Getzlaf has to shoot at after the move (the only deke he could make).

That was a bummer. We peppered Miller and he stood on his head. I hate losing to the Ducks but the boys look good. 2/3 in Cali would be nice, and it looks like we can do it.

Can’t give away points trying to get Smith to find his game. Gotta go to at least a 50/50 split at this point

Backlund was not good at all, Smith was as permeable as it gets, and we missed some chances (open nets). I don't like blaming ref's, but man, did they ever miss some blatant #### tonight.

#### Anaheim, #### the Ducks, Smith I'm getting really close to adding you to that list.

Sometimes you just need your goalie to make that one save. To bail you out of a jam or to set the tone early and let you know he has your back. They got neither tonight

Mike Smith needs to stop playing the puck. I'm so sick of seeing him go to play the puck, make a #### pass which leads to a turnover. Like if the D is right beside you with no pressure give them the god damn puck.

Imma blame all the losers who wanted the time of start in the GDT title.. was 2-0 without it. So this one is on whichever mod changed it. Cost the Flames points.

Would we even lose Smith if he was put on waivers? I don't even know how I would feel if we did.

Steve Mason is not better than Smith. If you want to switch things up then I’d go with Rittich.
