The quotes are from yesterday's OOT. The irony is Sportsnet is showing a game at this time (8:30 Mountain) tonight!

Weeknight game with a 7 pm start (most are 7:30 due to most people needing time to travel) against a rarely seen western conference opponent.
McDavid or not, the Oilers are not a treat to watch. It makes sense to me.
But, let's say it together everyone...
Let's Go Panthers!!!

McDavid is fast, but he sure knows how to forget that on a backcheck. Panthers with a great chance to end that period because of his laziness.

"In" or "on"?
Nevermind, it works either way.

In have learned from Oilers fans and hockey observers that this is not laziness. This is how McDavid "conserves energy" which then allows him to play +25 mins a game. This is apparently a special, secret skill that only McDavid has mastered.

Bergeron scores in the first minute of the second period. It's 2-1 for Boston.

Has Remenda been turfed as the colour guy for the Oilers?
If so, good decision. DeBrusk is a huge upgrade.

Not really. I thought I had heard that he is taking more national games, and thus appearing in fewer Oilers broadcasts. It's a shame, I know.

Zach Kassian does one thing well. It is not playing hockey.

Arizona Philly with the rare back to back games.
4-2 Yotes, Philly goaltending woes continue.
