Saw they had runners first and third no outs so I turned back to the game. Strikeout and a double play and now I missed two goals in the Penguins Capitals game.

Some horrid strike calls tonight. You'd literally have to throw your bat to hit the ball on some of the calls.

That should have been a 2 run double for pillar but for some reason gomez playing deep in right and shaded to the line. So frustrating.

I don't hate Morales, but eventually your DH has to hit above .200 or what's the point. Right now he's a waste of a bat, he's an easy out. Can't have that for your DH.

...and then a situation comes up where he has to play 1st base and he can't ever pick a low throw out of the dirt, and it costs you runs.

...and the rare times when he actually gets on base, you need the outfielders to get the ball from the wall for him to go 1st to 3rd, or score from 2nd.

Maybe if guys would quit getting hurt we could rid of him finally.

Pearce/Grandy would be awesome as DH/bench bats as well as spot duty in the OF (Grandy) and 1B (Pearce).

Why did we sign him in the first place, to save a little over Encarnacion?

Yeah, EE turned down the Jays offer (which was better than what he signed in CLE ironically) so the Jays couldn't wait around. They needed a DH and signed a guy. I thought he'd be alright, but his bat has fallen off a cliff.

If Morales is there it's probably 1-0 with a runner on 2nd and 2 outs.

...and now Diaz looks like hes done. Really quite unbelievable. Just about every day somebody gets hurt.
