Happ has made one error and that's it. The Jays offense has done nothing.
It's obviously early but man it feels like I'm watching a Flames game.

Severino is pretty good though, so a low scoring first 6-7 innings isn't a surprise. Would be nice to see them run the pitch count up a little higher so we can test our luck with their pen, though that may be a tall order too if they have the lead and use their top guys.

So I wonder whats up with Donaldson's arm? It looks like he is protecting his shoulder.

Yeah, those throws from Donaldson have been painful to watch. Nothing on them at all.

So we have Morales with a bad right eye, Donaldson can't throw from 3rd to 1st, Tulo is on the 60 day DL and we are in the bottom of the 4th!

Why is he playing? His arm looks terrible. I guess they'll just make it worse until he needs to go on the D/L, because he really looks like he should be sitting.

Put Josh at DH immediately. Morales bat isn't valuable enough to risk this

Pretty decent day for Happ overall. Just one mistake.

Axford looking pretty shaky in his Jays debut. 4-0 Yanks.

This is about as typical a Blue Jays home opener as there is.

Rainy day outside here, might as well let the rain get in the dome now as well with the way things are going.
