As expected, despite a massive skid at the end, Meyers Taylor's run is enough to climb above de Bruin despite the Canadian's almost-perfect run.

But de Bruin still wins Bronze I'm Women's Monobob!!!

I know of Viktor Ahn. Won gold medals for Korea then switched to Russia to win 3 more gold medals in Sochi

Way more to it than that. In any case, she married an American and they have way more bobsleigh funding.

Oh no.

USA's Marin Hamill goes down on the final jump of her second qualification run (she was already in 6th after her first run) in Women's Ski Slopestyle.

Being attended to and stretcher is out. Coaches in tears on the sidelines.

I'm not pretending to know anymore than what's been reported.

But I'm sure that USA having more bobsleigh funding was a far secondary to any abuse and harassment

Reigning Canadian gold medalist Toutant is hanging by a thread in big air. A mediocre first jump and a fall in jump 2. Will need to crush his 3rd jump to qualify I would imagine..

Ouch Toutant crashes hard. He is done unfortunately.

Sharpe right on the edge but many boarders left. Parrot is through and McMorris looking solid.

So two competitors left, Canada needs them both to wipe out to send 3 to the finals. Both are Finns.

Team Canada takes care of business against Team Italy in Men's Curling, bringing them to 4-2.
