Wow...there are some beautiful watches here. I'd certainly buy some, but would rather spend my $$ on other things.
Here is my watch...a great Festina I bought when I was in France.

I'm embarassed to admit I've been wearing a Coke watch for about 10 years now. Its lasted an incredible length of time considering it was a giveaway.
I need a new watch.

I developed the same problem Jiri. I went to multiple places, they never identified the problem. Finally I went to Wong Ken's in Southcenter and he knew the problem right away. I am allergic to almost all of the base metals used in watches.
He recommended getting one that was all stainless steel. And you have to be careful, some say stainless steel but it is only the back of the face. I ended up getting a TISSOT watch from Wong Ken's, all stainless steel, very classic and plain. Just stainless steel, with mother of pearl face, which you won't want though. Very classic and plain, I don't like fancy stuff or big stuff.
Never had a problem since. I can wear my watch all day long, not one irritation. Almost like this one.

Sorry to bump an old thread. I have been looking for a particular watch for some time now and have been unable to find it, I thought that I would turn to CP and its wealth of knowledge hoping that someone would be able to help me locate one.
It is called the Fossil GH2029 Negative/Positive Display Gehry Watch, it was released 3 or so years ago and has since been discontinued. If anyone has any idea where I could track one of these down it would be greatly appreciated!
Here is a link to a picture of the watch:

Thanks in advance for any help.

As far as I know, they were only released in the U.S. Did you see it on the website?

I have an Esquire and 4 Fossil watches.
The Fossil watches are amazing.
WPGFLAMESFAN - that is a very nice watch. I like the simplicity of it - I dont need my watches to tell me the exact time to the second, just a rough estimate - 4:27, 4:28 etc.

I like my watches a lot. I choose depending on what style i'm going for.
Basically I have 3 that I run through.
I have a silver Roots watch that had a metal band which I replaced with a wide fossil black leather band. I use this in a casual environment.
I have a black leather and silver diesel watch I use for dressier occasions and work, although i's not that dressy, i've had some good compliments on it:
And I have a brown Kenneth Cole watch I also use for dress/work:
As for that Fossil watch, that is pretty slick. I haven't seen it in stores ever though. maybe try calling a fossil store in the states to see if they have any left?

You could order them off of Amazon into Canada. However, the Amazon site simply links to the Fossil site which no longer has it listed.

There are some darn fine watches in this thread. I'm jealous.
