At this rate, this place is going to turn into the Hunger Games by the time this rebuild/retool hits year 2.

I'm going to blame the Canucks for what happens in the draft lottery. Either they should have no showed to avoid potentially playing Vegas. Or they should have been able to win this game. Either way the draft lottery result will be their fault.

As I've been in the pool at the westin Bayshore drinking since 1 I really hope I make it through all 3 periods tonight.

I will be cheering for hits and fights.

A suggestion of violence over some generally light hearted forum banter is a bit much.

Jay, Bingo and Gio going for a pint together would be a more suitable suggestion.

So how about that sexy Kuzmenko? 2 points in a 3-2 loss tonight?

Can we settle on a hat-trick in a 4-3 loss? That would be fun.

The nucks still have something to play for and that they want. So I'll wager an L is on tap for the Flames.

Plus I think Demko starts??

Best case scenario is Vegas beats Edmonton in the first round, Vancouver beats Vegas in the second round, and Dallas beats Vancouver in the third round. That maxes out all the conditional draft picks.

Sad fake fans in this thread.

I always cheer for a win. If they lose, take the consolation prize of a better pick.

Might be a different story if celebrini was up for grabs but not the case.

Ironically we have a better chance at Celebrini now that we do positions 2-7....

Position 2 is also a lottery. Positions 3-7 are toast.
