Terrible play by their goalie, but it was still a very nice give and go by Backlund and Lindholm. Even nicer finish by Lindy.

But holy smokes our goalies cannot make a save when we have the lead.

Oh dear...
Nothing like a goal against in the last minute of a period to ruin an otherwise good period of hockey for the Flames. Seems like their M.O. of late.

See that was a classic example of why Huberdeau can’t get going this year. He busting towards the offensive blue line, Kadri has the puck and rather than hit Huby with a pass in flight he skates slowly through centre until he has a Wing pressuring him. Move the blasted puck up ice!!
