Most of you probably around seen the list on Bungie, but here's the round up anyway of all the weapon class, as well as some exotics that are changing come December. See if the weapons you care about got buffed or Nerfed

Playing with the Trials Autorifle which I'm so glad to have. Y1 nostalgia having a Doctor Nope. Also, sunbreakers are great but I still find myself missing shoulder charge when I'm not a Striker.

That's cool... I was actually kind of Destiny'd out yesterday. Got all 3 of my characters to rank 5 in Iron Banner... grinded that #### out during the week.
Got the helmet for both my hunter and warlock at 314 though, a 318 auto rifle from the rank 5 package. Also got a 310 chest piece, 310 arms, a 315 ghost, as well as the new ship dropped for me during the game. So it was a good haul. Actually got better gear from IB then I have from the raids lol
Finally hit 260 light today, and managed to pick up a pretty sweet 1000 yard stare along the way too. I just noticed the kings fall raid is unlocked for me now. Can't wait to give it a shot.

Damnit! All three of my rank 5 packages only came with 310 ghosts. Plus I had a 315 ghost drop during my runs. I'm like the ghost king. I've actually had over a dozen ghosts drop for me during the raid too.
Other than that the changes to the IB drop rates are nice. I didn't have to buy a single piece of armor for my hunter since the gloves and chest dropped on their own a few times. Plus I've had about three hand cannons and LMGs drop. Still ended up buying the LMG Saladin was selling though.

I like KhakisHD. He doesn't always have sunshine and roses on Destiny, which is good. Him and Bdobbins have negative content on Destiny from time to time.
Eh - some good points there, but its a classic position paper, highlighting anything that increased the grind and sloughing off the things that actually decreased it.
The motes of light were a massive improvement in my opinion. Maybe its just me, but I don't play a lot and I use motes a lot when I get new gear and I've never even been close to running out. Also, bounties give less XP yes, but they are much easier now and you have twice as many slots for it. I also love the idea of infusion - it forces you to decide between higher light (more damage) and a gun that might be lower light but with better perks.
I guess I just disagree with a lot of the points. I feel like there is way too much for me to do each week on just one character - there is always something for me to do when I log on. That's what keeps it fresh and fun for me.

I opened up my Warlock last night for a quick raid run and got a pair of 310 boots out of the blue. Too bad during that same raid, I picked up a pair of 315 boots as well haha.
