BIG thanks to FlameOn who was able to help me get an invite after the first one went awry.
I also will pay it forward if I get one.
Maybe we can get an updated listing of who's interested?

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.
Mine cleared customs this morning. $56.49* which stings a little. Should hopefully have it today. For reference for those who just ordered here is my time line
Got invite/purchased on Tuesday.
Stayed on Processing status until Thorsday night - which it went to shipping (and got tracking number)
Reached BC and Cleared customs this morning -
Will update when it says out for delivery. (It says EOD Tuesday on the website).
*Will be less for Alberta people (stupid BC Tax)

Since there will be a few new owners of this phone in the next little bit. I figure I'd post something on the accessories.
If you need a basic screen protector I have like 4 or 5 of them I can really just give away. Otherwise I'd strongly recommend a tempered glass screen protector. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the price. My friend dropped her OnePlus and the screen protector shattered but not her screen. Orzly makes probably the best one followed by Godosmith. Nillkin is good too, but there are a lot of fake ones around, but the cutouts and coating are not as good
Orzly Tempered Glass $16.99 (expensive but great, north american shipping) http://www.amazon.ca/Orzly%C2%AE-Tem...=orzly+oneplus
Godosmith ($10 but slow shipping from China) http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Origi...909867131.html
Normal screen protectors
EZ guard 6 pack ($1 for traditional screen protector) http://www.amazon.ca/6-Pack-EZGuardZ...reen+protector
For cases and accessories Aliexpress probably has the best selection of cases since the phone has a huge following in China, but if you want just a basic case and not through oneplus themselves, diztronic makes very good TPU cases which is on sale right now. http://www.amazon.com/Diztronic-Matt...tronic+oneplus
Bumpers are also somewhat good but there is debate whether this affects signal strength http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Onepl...923284720.html
Any Nexus 5 owners play with one of these? Is it much of an improvement?
Nexus 5 owner to OPO here... lets see the main differences here off the top of my head. Better camera (and app), 4K video recording!, much much better build quality (device is beautiful... just look at the tolerances for the sim card slot), much faster performance, more storage, lower price, cyanogenmod 11s features like gestures, etc.
You will be happier with an OPO but it's by no means a huge generational leap in capabilities. If you are looking to get rid of your phone/can get a decent price selling it or have broken your phone, this is probably your best choice as a replacement atm. If you are content on the Nexus... the difference is improved camera, nicer feeling phone and performance may not be enough to warrant an upgrade. Depends on what you are looking for in a phone. I do miss a few things from the Nexus like Qi wireless charging.
Does anyone have any accounts of needing warranty work and the customer service aspect with that?
This is one of the reasons I had my name taken off the list. I've come across a few less than good reviews on people that needed customer service and or warranty service. That, and I'm waiting on confirmed specs, performance review and visuals of the Nexus 6. All the rumours say that it's the project "Shamu", by Motorola, but I'm not convinced. The last 2 Nexus devices (4 & 5) were rumoured to be Motorola, and they ended up being LG. It's not a bad thing, I'm just saying that past history leading up to Nexus phones has always been in a bit of a fog, until the exact announcement.
That being said, I'll make a decision, and possibly put my name back on this list, once I see the Nexus 6. This is a beautiful device, but I just love the Nexus and pure Android.
Big thanks to FlameOn for putting me on and then taking me off. Thank you for putting up with indecisiveness.
Any other Nexus discussion should probably go in its own thread.
Added, updated list with another invitee as well. Hopefully this one has not issues. Congrats SilverGS btw.

Have not personally... but I know some Europeans that have and they didn't have too many issues unless it was due to a LCD tint issue (where they charged people for replacing LCD tint issues on early production units due to improper LOCA curing... this was because it fixes itself over time). Broken phone they replaced in the one case I know about. Also problems with buying the phone because of page issues... I believe rico had some problems, but that might have been because the invite issues after the original expiry. https://forums.oneplus.net/forums/tech-support/
Their policy is somewhere on there as well... I'll see if I can find it later when I'm not posting in the middle of the night groggy. haha. Their problem with support is scaling atm

On our end, we’ve revised further our production targets for August, as we know many are eager to have a One to call their own. At the same time, our current demand situation is many times that of our initial estimations, and we’re having issues with scaling up customer support fast enough. We understand that our current support is far from the seamless experience we designed from the outset, and are working against the clock to improve in this regard. We will pace shipments with our actual customer support situation to try and mitigate the scaling issues.
So apparently DHL attempted delivery to my condo yesterday according to their package tracker. Yet my buzzer goes directly to my cellphone and it never rang, and there wasn't any slip left at my door or mailbox. I really wish they had the option of using regular mail instead of a shipping company, it might be slower but at least it's far less of a pain in the ass to deal with
Kind of sucks your only option is the $28 express shipping and when did the exchange rate get so bad? Haven't bought anything from the states for a while lol.
I'll update on my shipping experience when I get the phone as well as pass on invites when I get them.
DHL delivered mine this morning to my house. I'm at work while it's at my house taunting me. I can hear it calling my name. "ccckkkyyyyy, commmmeeee ppplllaaayyyyy wwwwiiiiitttthhh meeeee"
..... I'll be leaving @ lunch I think. Good bye afternoon productivity.

You aren't alone... DHL is probably the worst courier you could possibly deal with. It's just they deliver to the most places.
