Nadal is going for his 12th Monte Carlo title which would tie him with Martina Navatalova for most in tennis history at one event.

Shapo falls in the first round to Struff. I guess you could say that today he just didn't have the right Struff

Yikes I didn't watch the game but that's not a good start for him, those stats are worse than my jokes. Hopefully Felix does better, but has to play Zverev in the 2nd round.

This is a match I think Felix has a terrific chance to win because of how vastly overrated Zverev is. Felix's prowess on on Clay certainly doesn't hurt either.

Well, we all know Rafa loves to golf, so no surprise that he is a Tiger fan...
“He’s probably my favourite sportsman in the world since a long time ago. I’m a big fan of his. It has been tough years for him and I can’t be more happy about the victory of yesterday. You imagine all the processes and all the hard work that he had to do to be back on a golf course. It’s so difficult all the things that he did,” said Nadal, who will chase a record 12th Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters trophy this week. “Finally winning a Grand Slam again, especially in Augusta, probably his favourite one, it means everything for him. So I’m just very, very happy.”

During the US Open Tiger always stops by Nadals players box, and last year after he won Rogers Cup he was on his phone checking how Tiger was doing. He is a huge fan of Tiger, hopefully this motivates both of them to keep on winning.

FAA vs Londoro tomorrow will be interesting. Both players on massive runs this year.

Zverev 2nd round. Welp... It's kind of ridiculous the way you really can't move up the rankings much without winning against guys at the very top.

He needs to work on closing out sets though. Has been broken serving for the set four straight sets going back to Miami. Seems like the serving is all that is holding him back from being a top 10-15 player right now. But on clay, that obviously isn't as important.
Also Zverev is a fraud. Could definitely see Felix taking him to the woodshed with a 6-3, 6-2 win.

Watching Joker and Kohlschreiber - Joker took the first set 6-3, but the German is up a break in set 2 and Novak just destroyed another racquet.
Edit: Back on serve following a poor service game from Kohlschreiber.

All of a sudden, this turned into a WTA match with four consecutive breaks of serve.
Edit: Make it five consecutive breaks of serve and we need a third and deciding set between Novak and Kohlschreiber.
