Natural Law Tax Evader claims court has no jurisdiction
I know we had a old thread on this and I couldn't find it. But funny story about a guy who got rightfully crushed by the courts, and declared that the courts don't have jurisdiction
Mr. Duncan was self-represented. Other than a mildly annoying disinclination on his part to stand when addressing the court (although he did stand when questioning witnesses), he was a rather pleasant young man. Unfortunately, he was a rather pleasant young man whose mind was filled with what my late father would have called “notions”.
It has been said that, given enough time, ten thousand monkeys with typewriters would probably eventually replicate the collected works of William Shakespeare. Sadly, when human beings are let loose with computers and internet access, their work product does not necessarily compare favourably to the aforementioned monkeys with typewriters.
Thus it was that the trial began with Mr. Duncan objecting to us proceeding on the basis that I had no jurisdiction over him. Mr. Duncan provided me with an “affidavit of truth”, a rather substantial volume that appeared to me to be the result of somebody doing a Google search for terms like “jurisdiction” and the like and then cobbling them together in such a way that it makes James Joyce’s Ulysses look like an easy read. This hodgepodge of irrelevancies relied upon by Mr. Duncan was one of the misbegotten fruits of the internet. Finding it was a waste of Mr. Duncan’s time; printing it was a waste of trees and my reading it was a waste of my time and public money.

The OPCA arguments he has advanced have no effect or meaning in Canadian law. They offer him no rights, no indemnities, and certainly not a pot of gold or silver to call his own.
It was nice of her to record, what is likely going to assist in chargers being brought against her.

The Delhi police have announced the formation of a crack team dedicated to nabbing the elusive 'Monkey Man' and offered a reward for his -- or its -- capture.
They pay these guys like Porisky who set up a ring to siphon money from people to 'teach them' how to not pay taxes and then eventually, like most frauds, they get caught.
Its not even a clever or intelligent grift, the only real advantage they have is that it takes a while to catch them and then for the most part, individually, they hardly have any money worth fining them for.
Then they rot in a cell for a bit but we all know they're going to be right back at it the second they're released.
It reminds me of instances throughout history where Monarchs were tried by a People's Court and they just threw toddler-esque tantrums declaring the Court's entirely unilateral 'lack of authority' as sufficient evidence to set them free.
But the Royal heads still rolled.

The neat part of that suit is that mr Duncan wins in spite of himself and that under the Ontario Highway traffic act signalling is only required if it affects the operation of another vehicle.
This one’s a classic. They cops tell him over and over again what’s going to happen but he sticks to his delusional view on his “rights”.

Okay as much of an idiot as that guy is, as stupid as the Freeman On the Land people are, the funniest thing of that entire video is the cops making the attest.
"Roll over on your chest!!" as the dog maws his arm off, pulling him in the opposite direction.
"stop resisting" stop doing everything the body naturally does as you're being attacked. Stop resisting a k9 chewing through your flesh. Right-O officer, dumb-#####.
