There are usually a few units for sale in that building/area so you should have no trouble finding one next year.

Compare it with any other condo that has 158 units - this building has 5 sales since June 2013. A few of those being the 400-500k 2 bedroom units!
Square footage is around 600 (just under)

You obviously have access to all the data for listings and sales in that building and I only have anecdotal experience as a previous resident in Marda Loop and someone who frequently passed by that building. Over the 4 or 5 years that I lived near Gateway Garrison Woods there always seemed to be a few units available for sale. Maybe it is much less active than I remember.

Maybe.... its almost impossible to determine how many are for sale in the building as signs are against the condo boards rule.
