Condos in Dalhousie right off Crowchild

Probably doesnt deserve its own thread but; does anyone know what the condos being built near dalhousie station right off crowchild are called and if they are still being sold?

Does our CP Realtor deal with these?

Hate it when price lists aren't available on website.

Which is most of the time - or when they say starting from and there was 1 unit at that price and the next cheapest option is 15% higher. The Guardian continues to advertise on Facebook for condos starting at $219,900. I can confirm that was sold while I was in line at the pre launch. 1 br condos are really starting for at least 300 now!

I've built more condo/home builder sites than I'd like to admit, and generally they opt not to show prices as a way of driving foot traffic to the sales centres.

It's not a practice I agree with, but it also allows them some more flexibility with pricing as they can simply update the spreadsheet/prints out at that single location instead of having to worry about also managing content on the website.

Now the real kicker is I've had clients who didn't even want to list square footage on the website.
