FYI, Bill Peters will be on Jim Rome after 11AM
Interesting choice for Rome on a Monday after the NFL...should be good as (like him or hate his schtick) Rome IMO is the single best interviewer in sports.

As someone who doesn't listen to Rome is this worth a listen? Like does he know enough about the Flames and their season so far to give a good interview or will it be too general and basic for Flames fans?

Rome is always well prepared for who he is talking too. It won't be as much about the players themselves as it will be about Peters and the team collectively.

I don't know if Flames fans will learn a lot that we don't already know as Rome is probably just going to give listeners (mostly NHL ignorant) an opportunity to learn a bit about Peters and what he's accomplished with the Flames so far this season. Jim's a pro so he's probably done his homework and will have some questions regarding him joining the Flames from Carolina and taking them to the top of the conference but I wouldn't expect any revelations. That said Peters is a pretty good talker so it should be a good listen if you are near a radio.

If Rome would drop the damn clone ####, his show wouldn't be so excruciating to listen to. It is completely self-referential with very little to do with sports.
