I think historically there has only been conditions changing hands until the playoffs end.
You can set up verbal deals with teams, but i do not think that they should be posted until the playoffs end.
Why? You can do it in the NHL... we just saw it today with Bishop.

yeah from what I remember this has always been the period where you can, of course, agree verbally on something, but the deals don't get filed until the playoffs are over. Could have changed though, but that's how I remember it.
The intent was to allow picks to be traded for completing conditions. But that wasn't clear. So let's just pause trading until the playoffs are done. It's only fair to the teams still in it and it will only be a few more days
So do the trades we've already made up to this point (like my deal with the Flames today) stand?
