I thought it would be a good way to give back to the community and kids in general. I expect it will be a fun night.
As promised here are a few pics of me in my Elf (Santa's helper)costume I will be wearning next Monday night. Should be a fun night sitting next to Santa and hearing kids tell their wishes for Christmas

Some pictures of me from the Town of High Rivers Santa skate.
First one is me with Santa. I had women make comments about my leggings saying now you know how us women feel when we wear them. One said nice legs and gave me a wink
we were able to get one, and got the Lego City advent calendar.
some cute little toys in it.
Mine are getting a bit older now, but one got a Kinder one, the other is a Reese Pieces one. Basically just an excuse for them to have candy first thing in the morning.

One morning I snuck down ate the kinder chocolates out of the door for that day made the wrapper look like it was still there, then closed up the door.
They were so mad, it was hilarious

These calendars that count down to New Years confuse me. What kid is clamoring for NY eve.
Most the decent calendars don’t do this mind you, but it’s those .99 cent “thanks for the wax flavored Walmart countdown” grandparent gifted ones that somehow feel this was an untapped market.

Got my son, who still really loves all things Harry Potter, the “I’d rather be at Hogwarts this Christmas” advent. Was worried about timing since it came from the UK on a preorder, but was delivered Sunday morning. Lots of neat HP in there thus far.
Boston Pizza has a Xmas pizza with turkey, cranberry and gravy. Could be the best or the worst thing ever?
I don't know how the BP one compares, but I have home-made thanksgiving turkey pizza. (Gravy base, turkey, cranberries, some fixings). It was goddam delicious.
After researching nearly 150 possible song selections, the album’s eleven tracks include holiday songs from Veracruz to Panama to the Texas border, each reinvented in the band’s own inimitable style.
Anyone know where I can buy one of those "Horse Race" games? I know I've seen them at some of the Christmas markets and things like that, but I think that those are probably done for year at this point. I would prefer a decent one and not something that's super cheap.
