Well he's got some skill and he's a right hand shot. Adding Lindholm, Czarnik and Ryan gives us 3 new skilled players on the PP that shoot right unlike last year where all we had was Troy Brouwer who is less skilled than any of those 3. Having all left shots was a problem in the past. Now the coaches have a nice selection of skilled players to choose from who shoot both left and right.

I want to see as much from Ryan & Czarnik as possible next game. They looked great together. If that means PP1 time, that's just fine.

Then it's a 2 hour ride from the rink to the airport as per what treliving said. So that means' the plane probably doesn't leave until 11:00-Noon Calgary time at the earliest.
Then 14 hours of air time means they land at 1:00 - 2:00 AM on Thursday at the earliest in Calgary.
Don't see any way possible they would get into Calgary by 11:00 PM on Wednesday.

Calgary to Beijing is 11 hours, Calgary to Shenzhen is 14 hours.
They leave Beijing around noon Calgary time and land around 11pm.

So they're leaving Beijing at 10pm Beijing time?
Edit: Wait Beijing is 14 ahead of us not behind. So they're leaving Beijing at 2am Beijing time?

Anybody else going to wake up early to watch this one? 4:30am for me but I'm leaning towards waking up to watch right now.

I'm debating trying to go to bed early and getting up early vs just staying up and sleeping the whole day away tomorrow.

Gonna go to bed at 11, wake up at 5:25 and just flip on the tube. Use intermissions to get ready for the day. Boom.

Was listening to the Peters after-practice media scrum. Was very impressed with the efficiency of the translator lady, particularly with how difficult it was to both explain what's going on back home at the same time as conveying what Peters said about Dube.
Also, Chinese can be very literal in translation sometimes, without the proper context.
Coach - "Jiao Lian" ("Teach Practice")
Plane - "Fei Ji" ("Flying Machine")
Hockey - "Bing Qiu" ("Ice Ball")
Etc.

Peters said in an interview he's gonna get all the players that sat the first game into the second game in Bejing. Said it's to far to travel and not play... It'll be good to see Rasmus, and even Klimchuck play, see how they look. So definitely gonna see a different line up come game time.

I’d rather not fight to staying awake through the game so I think I’m going to have to watch this one after I get up. Nothing beats hockey first thing in the afternoon while having the “morning” coffee.

Out of curiosity, what is "yóu gōng"?
In Mandarin, Bù hǎo (不好) seems a better translation for "no good".

And Hathaway is a tweener. How does that make Bennett ‘no better’?
