IMO Luke Philp, at the U of Alberta is a better player than at least half of NCAA College Free Agents that get looked at

He has 20-15-35 in 19 GP this season.
Told their multiple NHL teams looking at Philp.


Friedman also mentions Jason Fram (also plays for the Golden Bears) might get an AHL contract.

Some Flames fans will remember that Fram attended a few prospect camps with the Flames.
