High quality match between Rafa and Struff, Nadal wins in straight sets 7-5 7-5 but the German played a very good match today.

Thiem may regret not breaking a 2nd time at 0-30

He may regret that too! That was for 2 match points.

Wow, that was some big boy tennis from Thiem - Down love-40 in that service game and wins five straight points to take the match 6-4 6-4.

Nadal played his best match on clay this year and it still wasn't enough. Thiem played amazing he is certainly at least the co-favorite to win the French.

Still think Novak is more likely to beat Nadal at RG even with his less than peak form right now. 3 out of 5 is a whole different animal, and I think the clay of RG, plus the wider playing surface, are big advantages to Nadal.

Thiem takes the title in Barcelona over Medvedev 6-4 6-0. The crazy thing is Medvedev won the first three games of the match.

I believe this is the first time that three Canadians are ranked in the top 30 on the men's tour:

Shapo has some major points to defend in Madrid (semi-finalist last year).

Edit: Milos only has 90 points to defend, but the bummer is the guy just can't stay healthy. He was contemplating surgery earlier in the year, but that likely would have wiped out most of his 2019 season. He might be on the shelf for most of it anyway.

I think I would have to go with Rafa on clay, he's just been that dominate on the dirt.

Rafa easily. all 3 of them were ragdolling opponents on their favorite surfaces at their peak, but the gap between Rafa and the field was the biggest.

As you have probably guessed, Felix is confirmed to play the Mercedes Cup in Stuttgart, grass tourney that begins right after the French Open ends.

I probably take Rafa too, but truly peak Djokovic was almost as unbeatable. It just didn't last anywhere near as long as the other two options.
