I binged watched Black Summer late last night and today since I had Easter Monday off. I was surprised it's connected to Z Nation since I hated how stupid that show was and gave up on it quick.
I found out during the last episode it was filmed in Calgary so I was watching for things that look familiar from the few visits I've had and saw a sign for MacLeod Trial and a blurred Flames logo in the tunnel going to the Dome. You can even see the big Stamps logo outside the stadium for a split second.
My son informed me that the “Summer School” episode was all filmed inside Queen E. I guess everybody at school is talking about it.

Anyone try out You vs Wild? I made him eat a grub, which was fun. Episodes are about 20 minutes, but it's kinda, I dunno, simplistic. I'll try a few more just to see where it goes. The first episode was picking paths to get him to rescue someone. Not a lot of choices, maybe 5 or so. Probably to much explanation, I just want to see what the choices are and send him on his way quickly.

I'm watching them right now since I have nothing to do at work and need something to kill time. Most of my choices are right but sometimes I overthink and the choice I think is too obvious and will end up being the wrong one ends up being right.
I didn't know you could make a wrong choice...I just rolled through the first one episode picking whatever I thought was most likely to make him do the sketchiest stuff. It's like playing with a voodoo doll.

Without spoiling any of the episodes there's choices you can make that put him in a situation where he has to call for help or screw up the objective he was asked to do.
