It was a NOTAM issue, the system that supplies them went down. I think the FAA had things starting to get rolling again around 0730.

I would assume these systems are inter-connected between NavCan and the FAA, this seems like it could a cyberattack.

The American airline system is an absolute mess right now. I waited 2 extra days in Newark as the workers on the tarmac were just walking off the job. Granted it was -20 celcius in Newark, but the major issue was that no one actually knew how to do their job. They couldn't refuel and defuel planes. I was speaking with several pilot friends in teh USA. Apparently, during Covid they laid everyone off, a lot of people got other jobs, and they've been unable to properly staff since then.
