Neal is a player I would be concerned with signing to term. Not only has he seen his production steadily decline over the last few years, but his underlying numbers are falling even quicker.

I don't think this is a player you want longer than 2 years.

I'd worry about term more than anything but Neal would be a pretty big get for the Flames.
