I 100% blame hockey for making me a left handed golfer.

I shoot right, write right. Kick a soccer ball right, shoot a basketball right. Swinging a baseball bat is a different story though... there, I am ambidextrous. I can hit left or right equally as well although right feels more natural.

That's the way that always felt natural to me. My dominant hand just isn't as sensitive to the feel of the puck or nimble enough to stick handle at all.

I missed the Solovyov signing..

Since he'll be in the AHL next season (wherever that may be) I wonder if they bring Chechelev oner as well. Seems to be a common theme of bringing in Russian (speakers) in pairs.

Thanks for the update, Scorpion. Appreciate the work you do.

Agreed, Chechelev getting a contract soon makes sense. He's already 20 and would be eligible to play in the AHL or ECHL as soon as possible.

Francis seems like a guy to keep an eye on. I'm not sure exactly why I like him, but I do

I had hopes for Zagidulin, but in his second season he's not the clear AHL number one, overshadowed by a walk-on ECHL loaner in Sparks.

Dependent on Zagidulin or Parsons returning, Wolf and Chechelev might be a tandem (although both pretty raw as pros). Maybe have Chechelev bouncing back and forth between the AHL and the ECHL?

Yeah... they'll obviously want to give Parsons one or two more kicks at it, with the hope he's at full health. Less sure about Zagidulin, who's been just okay and might not want to stick around in this sort of role.

I think we could see Wolf and Parsons starting in the AHL with Chech getting a lot of starts in the E. If either Wolf or Parsons falter, maybe Chech comes up and one of them goes down. Who knows.

I’m 100% right. The left side of my body is entirely useless. I can’t even dribble with my left hand. Hell even my left eye is way worse than my left to the point that every time I got to the eye doctor they ask if I suffered some sort of injury with it (I have not)
Total righty here. Including shooting right

Fun out-of-context quote here.

I had such high hopes for Feuk, for what many would view as the wrong reasons

I write, throw, and play tennis left but I’m a righty with a hockey stick, baseball bat, and golf club. I feel like I have more control with my left hand at the top of my stick.

I kick with my right foot. I think it’s because my left foot just knows where to plant itself when I kick.

Oddly enough, I kick with my left foot in soccer.
Exact same here, RHS but kick left dominant.
I thought I was a freak of nature!

I’ve mentioned this before, I read a stat that 5% of people in the world are left handed golfers, while 20% from Canada are left.

All these hockey players that shoot left, yet not nearly the same ratio of baseball players batting left.
