Never been a fan of his, but he deserves this for sure. Quite versatile given he was supposed to be Undertaker's deranged brother and made that last for 20 years.

Don't disagree with you at all. the worst thing that they ever did with him was unmask him, but he did an amazing job of recovering that.
His best moment, was doing commentary when he was still a unspeaking character. He sat down at the commentators booth, put on the headset and then said nothing for the next 20 minutes, and you kept waiting for him to say something.

I would love for Earthquake to get inducted into the Hall of Fame. One of the most underrated wrestlers in WWE ever.

They had UT call Jacobs and let him know when he was in, he was very emotional and fighting back tears. As much as we say its a weird non physical hall of fame, it seems to matter a lot to the workers that get in.

A bunch of us get together to watch PPVs, so we have a wrestling group chat on Facebook Messenger.
One for my friends likes to do up random photoshop pictures and memes to send in the chat.
He's the one that sent the WWE Photo of Khali being inducted into the HoF.
I made a joke "if only... one can dream". Then a few hours later I responded "WTF, this isn't a joke? He's actually being inducted?!?!?!?!"
110% thought it was a joke.
Who's going to inducted him? Brody Steele?

I thought I'd been sucked in on a great joke. But nope, he's going in. I guess its more to do with his hero status in India then anything else.
I'm going to guess that Natty will induct him. Hopefully she does the induction speech as farting Natty (remember that awesome gimmick, makes me question why I'm a wrestling fan)

I do wonder if they revisit opening something physical at Universal Studios.
With them moving the Network over to Peacock and NBCUniversal, I do wonder if we see a WWE HOF / Restaurant at the Universal Studios City Walk someday.
Would seem like a pretty natural fit to be honest.

I would love to see it, I think its important and would be great for some of the previous inductees.
I ate at the WWE restaurant at Times Square once, flashy Glitzy, cheesy, bad food high prices, it was doomed to fail.

In the early 90's my mom drove down from the Okanagan to Vancouver to pick up a dog from the Vancouver airport that was coming from Arizona. I went with her, and we didn't know what we were doing so we just went to the main terminal where people arrived. She went to one of the kiosks to figure out where we would pick up a dog and I just hung out by the baggage carousel. All of a sudden I see goddamn Earthquake dressed in regular clothes walking around. I was like holy ####, what is going on?!? Then a woman who was near him started yelling and like 2 or 3 little kids are running around too. They are pulling at his leg and stuff, and I am very confused. Why is this wrestler here, and why are all these people with him? Of course I figured it out later on that that was probably his wife and kids, but at the time I couldn't reconcile what I was seeing. My mom came back and said we're at the wrong spot so we left and went to a cargo facility elsewhere. It was pretty much all I could think about the whole drive back, even though we had just got a new dog. Why is Earthquake associating with all those regular people?!?

Apparently John Tenta was a very very good guy. The year the Sharks went up 3-0 then blew it, I used a pic of him as The Shark in WCW as I picked a bunch of Sharks players and “Shark attack” hand gestures at a pub watching the games. Very confident and looking like a genius until they lost. They ended up blowing it big time and I’ve never been able to live that down. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

If you follow Wrestlecrap, Tenta was a very good friend of the site even though he's won more then his share of awards for bad gimmicks.

I admit, I was dying watching this. Some were blatant, some were totally taken out of context, except for the last few seconds.

I have to think this is a must watch.
I mean honestly I haven't liked all that much of the last year of Jericho, but the discussions between these two is huge
