I’m three episodes behind now. Based on what I’m reading maybe I should just delete the other two and watch the Negan episode. I’m interested in his back story.

I don't remember which episode was 2 weeks ago (Princess?), but you can definitely delete last week's episode. Literally nothing happened.

This week's Negan episode was the best of the bunch of this latest batch of 6 episodes. The rest were all pretty skippable, which, admittedly, was by design. They were added as bonus episodes to the end of season 10, but don't really do anything to progress the story between seasons 10 and 11.

Agreed with everyone here. That episode was terrific. Is it too late for them to scrap the upcoming Daryl & Carol series and give Negan his own spin-off instead?

I really love the fact the Lucille was JDM’s actual wife. Hillary Burton is a great actress and that was pretty cool to see them work together.

It happened off screen, so you aren't supposed to ask...I don't think they overpowered them thoguh, they had that whole stupid chat with stupid Princess, and she said they were bumping uglies for an hour all the time, so I suspect the idea is they just went and grabbed them from the pile of clothes on the floor.

About 10 minutes into the subway stuff all I could think was "why the hell is it so bright down there? It'd be pitch black. "

Also, mega misdirect at the end. She's gonna come back pissed, though.

This is still a thing?

This is still going?

I've endured this show through some serious lulls, but I think I'm lost at this point.

I would be impressed if they actually let her get chewed on, but I reckon it will be dumpster 2.0

I enjoyed that episode.

More screen time for Negan = quality entertainment.

I think it's just a tease to end the episode and she gets saved to start the episode.

Of course. Either Negan backed off to find a way to save her, or Daryl under the train.

I finished S7 years ago and that was the end of my run. Been thinking about resuming where I left off, but have no idea if it's even worth it

There is a lot of crap to wade through at this point. I'm in it until the bitter end.

Or what I think might have happened is he thought about leaving her, had a change of heart and just as the camera is cutting he's reaching out to her whether it's with his hand or something she can grab onto but we don't see it due to the camera angle.

I don't think it's another Glen moment where we think she's dead but then miraculously survives it.

It's almost over. Kirkman ran out of ideas shortly after this point.

These new episodes have been pretty fun IMO, and I like that they've ramped up the intensity. The new villain being a crazed military vet/religious zealot is much more interesting than just being a creepy weirdo like Alpha and the Whisperers. Seems like he'll be a more formidable foe than previous baddies.

Up until last episode, ya. That one had the Horse Whisperers secondary story line, which I could have done without. But I found this episode very dull. The bad guy is annoying with his preaching crap. When he did that guy in the fire, it didn't feel like a Negan moment at all(which I think they were going for), I just didn't care.
