I'm going to love following this thread all season. I can't remember a time that the Flames had this many promising prospects in the CHL as they do now

Henry Mews with 8(?!) shots tonight. No points. But that bodes well.

The list is so long this year, it feels like half the CHL games have a Flames prospect playing in them.

I took a look at OHL scoring to see who was ahead of Battlestar Galactica and see Misa, The Younger at 8 pts over three games along with a 6'4" 230lb 16-year-old left winger in his first three games in the OHL by the name of Ethan Belchetz. It's only three games but he's quite the beast at 16.

Oct.2nd:

Hitmen lose 5-3 to Saskatoon, with Hurtig held pointless and +1. 3games, no points, +1.

Laing had a primary assist on the game-winner, and was +1 in a 5-2 win over the Rockets. 3gp/1g/2a/3pts,+2, 2 PIM. If he can continue to produce at a ppg game pace, we'll have perhaps found an uncut gem.

Hey Sandman, how are the Tigers supposed to be this year, is Basha a trade candidate?

I know they have McKenna.

Slow start for the team overall it seems?
