Just finished it, that may be one of my favorite first seasons of any TV show ever. I would have never given this show a shot were it not for so many people pumping the tires, the promos were terrible. But it makes you care about the characters more than almost any other show, and I was more invested in that final game than a lot of real hockey games I've watched. It'll be interesting to see where they take it for the next season since they covered so much ground in this one

Well since Apple TV isn't available on the Nvidia Shield for some reason, I have no qualms about sailing the high seas for this one. I'm not going to buy a separate streaming device just for one show

Well since Apple TV isn't available on the Nvidia Shield for some reason, I have no qualms about sailing the high seas for this one. I'm not going to buy a separate streaming device just for one show

Well really my excuse is just a cop out, I won't subscribe to Apple TV because aside from Ted Lasso and maybe For All Mankind nothing else interests me on it. If I couldn't torrent it then I wouldn't bother at all since there's so much I already have access to with Netflix, Disney, and Prime. But since it's so easy to setup through my Plex auto-downloader why not. There might come a time where there's enough good stuff on Apple that hits a critical mass for me and I subscribe, that's what happened with Disney+. Originally I just torrented Mandalorian, but now with that, Wandavision, Falcon & Winter Soldier, and all the Star stuff it just made sense to buy the yearly sub so I could get it all in 4K without having to upgrade my storage

Yeah, I only have Apple TV+ because I got it for free with my iPad. I've only watched a few shows so it's not worth the price for me yet either.
I was worried about this show slumping... the whole "Ted wins people over" basis, while a fun ride for season 1, seemed like a tough sell for another season.
