Yeah, that's a shame. Peter may never get a better chance to pull of an upset again like he had tonight.
Aside from redlining, he's just really not good enough to play at an ATP level. Not enough consistency and no real weapons to hurt many players.

Yup, it was a pretty good match all around and one of the best signs was that Genie didn't throw in the towel after losing the 2nd set 6-1. How much she can build off this match is anybody's guess, but she seems to have a pretty good rapport with her current coach who likes her work ethic.
