It was a tough 12 months for the jets. Good games.

First Flames best-of-five series win since 1986 against the other Jets.

First time the Flames have won a series in 4 games since the second round in 1989.

First time the Flames have won a series with only one loss against since the third round in 1989.

First chance Giordano has ever had to eliminate a team and first series win with Gio on the ice.

Does anyone else think that Hanifin playing with Anderson has made him a much better player already? Without Hamonic that second pairing has been great

Talk about demolishing the goaltending battle.

Talbot with a 3-1 record and a shutout with a 1.52 GAA and a .945 SV%.

That's what we call "sparkling."

I'm hoping some of that Anderson attitude rubs off on Hanifin with them playing together.

No mention of Brodie's collapse, or the coaching cluster**** that hit Calgary this season, unless I missed it. I guess we didn't have to fight through anything. Anyway, that's enough sore-winnering for me. I hope we get Colorado next.

Bennett was 89% expected goals for tonight, on the ice for both normal goals, and had eight hits.

Just dominated them.

Outscored the Jets 16-6 in four games. This was a dominant performance in all aspects:

Offence
Defence
Goaltending
Special Teams
Physical play

Loved the third line (Bennett-Lucic-Dube) but there were many other great performances- Brodie, Andersson, Lindholm, Backlund, Ryan, Monahan and Talbot all come to mind. We looked really strong down the middle in this series.

Hanifin is still only 23, it's crazy to think he's nearly played 400 NHL games

If his potential is realized, him and Andersson are going to be a great top pairing for years
