Loved the first one, can't wait for this. Fall of this year.
To be honest, its going to be a little weird to watch, I was a big fan of actress Britney Murphy who was in my mind a very good actress, she did a great job in the first one.
BTW its amazing how good woman look in black and white

She was very good in the first but it won't be weird. Michael Clarke Duncan has also passed away and his role as been recast, that is the one that might be weird but still I doubt that too.
It's shameful that this took so damn long to come out. Why did Rodriguez waste so much time on junk like Spy Kids and Shark Boy and Lava Girl rather than working on a sequel for this? It's honestly hard to believe it will be 8 years since the last movie hit theaters. In that span Mickey Rourke's career revived only for it to pretty much fall apart for him all over again.. lol
Must be a prequel or mess with the time line a bit if Bruce Willis is in it. Wouldn't think he would survive shooting himself in the face.
Also very excited for this. The first one was great.
The series was written as a bunch of small stories within the same universe. The sequel will feature stories from before and after the ones in the first movie.
The first movie was based on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th books in the series. The sequel will be largely based on the second book.
Bah, who cares. Maybe the scene is her in the corner of a smokey bar alone on a piano belting out a tune while the story develops around her.
Not a fan of her popular songs, but she is a very talented singer. She has a really classic vibe with a gritty edge when she wants to with a that would fit in perfect with the tone of these movies.
