Default Your favorite Gaming weapons...

Since Quake 4 I have always wanted my own dark matter gun. Basically shooting a black hole down a hallway dragging furniture and corpses with its ball of anti-energy.

For nostalgia sake, I would say the BFG out of Doom.

EDIT: Here we go.

Lol, definitely the easiest weapon to aim. If it was in your field of view, it died. lol

Couldn't find a decent youtube, but the redeemer from the original unreal tournament.

Facing worlds ctf on that game ate my jr. high/high school.

My favorite gaming weapon has/is trash talking my NHL nemesis to the point where they refuse to play anymore, then yelling forfeit over and over until they are out of earshot.

Unfortunately, that tactic has worked both ways in the past - to say we are NHL rivals would be an understatement. We're actually on a break this year, the Nabob Summit will have to wait until next year to resume.

I wish they made a District 9 game just so I could use that one gun that was in the movie. That's the most badass weapon ever (the one that blows people up into bits).

The black-hole gun in ME2 is pretty sweet too.

Then of course the nuke gun in Fallout 3 was pretty sweet, the one where you could shoot like 5 mini-nukes.

the Anti-Material rifle in Mass Effect 2 is probably the most satisfying sniper rifle i've used in a game, it's more powerful than most of the actual heavy weapons you can use. same with the Quake 2 super shotgun, no other game since has had a shotgun that felt as powerful

i also have to give a nod to Gears of War for creating one of the most badass weapons ever, the assault rifle-chainsaw combo

If it's a weapon you use in your hand? (Skip to 0:45)

If we're talking about big-ass weapons of mass destruction?

I'd almost rather have the portal gun over most super powers. Except that someone could take it I guess.

What about the power just to teleport?

Guns get heavy like.
