Default Help Build A Radio Playlist

July 18th will mark the 150th regular episode of Fossil Records @CJSW 90.9 FM.

I want to mark the occasion by having a Total Request hour.

Please post one of your favorite examples of 70s-80s-90s punk, new wave, classic underground/indie music. Local and Canadian artists will be prioritized. If you have an interesting anecdote to accompany your selection, please share that too.

It's odd, coming to Canada/Vancouver in 1985 I was astounded by how much good music there was here that just wasn't getting to the UK and would clearly play well there, the idea of trying to break a Canadian band in the 80's and 90's in the US rather than the UK always seemed asinine to me
