828 - feels larger due to the layout IMO (but then again I may be biased hah)
There are other plans where 1 bedroom is more of a den than a bedroom and another with the kitchen secluded from the rest of the unit.

Not that I am aware of - I was only familiar with him having a house up in aspen.

Travis, Did the condo in Brava building ever sell? It was up at 385 then dropped to 375. I saw another place for sale in Brava for 439... crazy high.
