So final call on ... Kirkland and Philp
- age concern
- variance in how long they've had a chance
And a call on Lerby and Yelesin
- I would keep them as they are Flames property from an NHL standpoint
- however they are also touching that age area as well (24 & 25)

I think the rule should be if the player can still win Calder Memorial Trophy then that player should still be considered a prospect.

Is there a rookie camp this year?
If so, I would delay the ranking until after the camp as there are typically a number of shifts based on the results of that week.
