Call me crazy but the price/sq foot for those University City condos seems way too high given the quality of build that condo will be and where it is situated. For the same $/sqft you could get one of those high quality condos right downtown!

I agree. The demand they had with lineups around the block most likely plays a role. That and the almost guaranteed 0% vacancy you would have renting it.

Wow, I never really looked at the University City pricing, those are some pretty high square footage prices. All the more power to them if they keep selling at that level.

Yeah, nothing like thinking you overpaid for your place in late 2007 and then realizing you're in a much bigger place, with a backyard, double car attached garage, great view, 3 stories, at less than half the price per square foot. SHEESH!

The square footage in those first two buildings are crazy. A ~700 sq.f, 2 bedroom? Holy can of sardines.
Thanks for showing the pricing, I had poked around on the website but wasn't interested enough to register.
Any detailed pricing for St. John's 10th Street?

I don't know, I can see value in paying a little more per SF for University City. That place will be like ###### Mountain.

I tried a similar argument when in discussions regarding buying a downtown high rise building. . . Fortunately everyone knew i was kidding or I'd have been laughed out of the room and likely my job.

"This goes for the guys, too. Because sometimes the guys are tapped out. But check your lease, man. Because you're living in f*&k city."

I wonder if they had to Photoshop the bottle collectors/bums out of that rendering?
