Keanu and Mr. Sticky have been talking. Their consensus is a 5-2 flames win. They would not go into specifics for goal scores though. They are sworn to secrecy.

Flames need to bring that 3rd period jump and hem in a tired Knights team all game. I’m still pissed about that game from last year and would like to see the Flames out play this knights team in all areas. Go Flames!

Frolik with the hattrick to re-deem himself for his cone of shame game last year.

Tired? They barely broke a sweat against the greasers.

The Flames have a worse record than they did at this exact point last year (luckily, the Pacific is awful), but the Flames' 2018-2019 skaters seem much stronger than their 2017-2018 skaters. I am very excited to see how Rittich performs over a long run of games because I think the Flames have the skaters to win playoff roundS. If Rittich proves he is a legitimate starter, then my hopes will be very high indeed with how terrible the Pacific division is.

Their arms are tired from lifting them up so many times.

I’m thinking a 3-2 win.

A win would be awesome because we could start spreading out the Pacific division.

With a win we'd be tied with San Jose with even games
3 points up on the floudering Canucks with a game in hand
4 points up on the Ducks with a game in hand
6 points up on the Yotes, with -2 games in hand
6 points up on the Oilers with -1 games in hand
6 points up on Vegas with even games
12 points up on the Kings with -2 games

With US Thanksgiving coming up and the old, if you're out of the playoffs you're beeped. a win tonight could put the pressure on a lot of teams

Hope we can keep the momentum going. Flames win 4-1. Jankowski scores all four goals.

GFG!

It really is not a strong division with the California teams seeming to fall off. The team I'm sort of intrigued by is Arizona. I could see if being San Jose, Calgary and the Yotes in the three divisional playoff spots when it's all done. Anaheim is always possible. And McDavid could make the playoffs on his own, which he'll have to if they want a sniff. Vegas of course could turn things around.

We definitely need to improve our divisional record. A win tonight would be a good start.

I hope Anderson scores. Seems like it's been a while since a Dman scored!

Yuppers. Last year Smith won games the Flames had no business winning. This year's the opposite, and now its fixed.

We'll call it the "$13M 3rd"

4-1 Flames

Neal breaks out against his old team with two.

Mr Sticky likes the Flames to dominate tonight. First star will be Rittich although he pronounces it "Ribbitch".

I'll say Gaudreau explodes for three points. Bennett gets an ugly one. And Valimaki gets a breakaway somehow at some point.
At least your son has a reason. My son (now 7 years old) decided a while ago that his favourite team is the Dallas Stars, and his favourite player is Jamie Benn. Near as I can figure, the genesis of that is a hockey card that came in a package I bought for him at Tim Horton's. But he still maintains this allegiance today. He has a Jamie Benn shirt, and a Dallas Stars hat that he wears everywhere.

I'm hoping eventually he will see the light and come home. But it could be worse; at least it's not the Oilers.

Tell him to get there first. Then tell him to drop and give you 20.

Gotta keep these divisional game at a premium to win. Cannot let Vegas get rolling with a W tonight. Seems like these early divisional game are already super important.
