With respect to the "one punch" scenario, could I just link this awesome video?

I was at this game. Kravchuk landed only one punch on MacLean and this was the result. (I think Kravchuk even hit him with his glove still on.)

What was particularly special for me was that I took a sign to that game that read:
"The House That Igor Built" because the guy in front of me hated Kravchuk so much. I decided to make a sign just to troll that fan. And then this happened!

Couldn't have been better!

I would say bailed him out is more like it.

We were fortunate to get a win with that goaltending.

I don't think Talbot was bad. His first shot faced was a laser on a 5v3 power play, and he allowed the second goal on shot #3 (also on a penalty kill), an in-air rebound that was batted in by Chytil practically sitting on his lap. It's tough for any goalie to wait for nearly 8 mins to see a shot and even tougher for that shot to come on a 3v5 disadvantage.

Talbot allowed one goal on 22 EV shots, which is totally acceptable.
