wow now that is very cool - my wife would never go for that - she'd be wearing her coat and a couple of pairs of pants.
I guess I always think the the right temp for when you are home is one where you are comfortable wearing a sweatshirt.

14 for when we sleep or away and 17 for when we home. But we have a wood stove in the basement that if I have her burning hot will heat the the home closer to 20. Wear sweats and sweater and I'm not overly cold.

I am amazed at how many people think above 20 is needed.
We set ours to 20 and I think it is excessive, but keep it that way for the kids.

No ####. I'm starting to get a complex because my place is a comfortable 23 degrees. Should I be ashamed that I lounge in shorts?

Hey! My great-great-great-grandparents didn't fight the dinosaurs just so I could live in cave-like conditions.

I actually find 21 a little uncomfortable, so we go 20.5, 17 when we are not around or at night.

Wood burning stoves are crazy hot. I was in a cabin in Golden and threw a few pieces of wood on there to ward off the chills. In the middle of the night it was a full-blown sweat lodge.

I set my house at a comfortable 31 degrees; just trying to do my part to get gas prices out of the toilet.

No matter how hot you set it, your hair isn't going to straighten out.
