Onana is so bad, just a statue there.
Edit: Quickly 2-0, surely ten Hag is done after tonight?

If the manager they bring in isn't allowed to bring in the players they want, implement the style they want and have to keep the players they currently have who are the problem does it matter if they keep Ten hag or not?

I know they've had a ton of injuries so it's not all on him, but every time I watch them they look so lost. 18 months in, a lot of money spent, and they arguably look further away then when he took over. I just don't see him getting much more rope, especially with the new structure coming.

I don't disagree with any of that, I just have no idea who they could bring in to right this ship. Sacking ten Hag is the easy part.

Well that is surely their best half of the season, maybe even best half of ten Hag's time.

And thats the thing.
The other thing is that they're completely bi-polar.
They sleepwalk through matched and look like they've completely bailed on their manager and then sometimes they go and do that.

The thing is...I'm kind of hoping Ratcliffe goes insane.
He paid $300M for the Glazers to just hand over football operations to him.
It'd be hilarious if he started firing a ton of people, installed himself as Manager, Director and Head Coach, started buying and selling tons of players and basically just used United as his own personal Toy.
He is 74...he could just go straight senile and run the place like a playground.

that sounds more like a Todd Boehly move, to be honest
Ratcliffe isn't going to go ballistic. I would expect him, Brailsford and Blanc to completely revamp the structure behind the scenes, and that's long overdue. CEO, sporting director, recruitment ... for the love of god, just bring in competent people for once. I'd imagine they'd prefer ten Hag to make it to the summer at least, so they can make structural changes in the meantime and then streamline everything with the new people in charge. Let the sporting director pick a guy with a similar mindset and go from there.

I just want to see some Anarchy! Really shake the place up!!
I mean, if I was one of those insanely wealthy Saudi Sheiks buying up a PL team? My God...the damage I'd do...

I heard on satellite radio tonight he might fire over 300 people. Not sure their source but anarchy could be coming.

Oh come on! Please!!
I feel bad for the people being fired, but I'm all for some anarchy.
I heard Gab and Jules saying that he plans on cutting staff significantly, but Jules made a good point...
"Club staff dont tend to make a lot of money. In the grand scheme, this is 'drop-in-the-bucket' kind of stuff."
But lets get some anarchy going!
If I were a vengeful man, and I'm not saying that I am or that I'm not, but if I were and had unlimited resources a la 'City' I'd hire every single club staff person that United fired.
Just out of pure spite.

Man City getting it together and winning the league might be predicated on De Bruyne coming back and them scoring five a game, cause this defense is absolutely awful.
