Quebec really should have won that game against Bottcher. Played better but couldn't make the big shots and the key times.

Manitoba will be hard to beat. Their average margin of victory is over 6.5! All of their wins have been by at least four points.

Edit: they just stole two to go up 4-0 over NO. The dominance continues.

^BJ is a new player under Dunstone. He struggled a lot last year and cost Koe the Brier.

Craziness.

The Koe and Boetcher rinks looked like they were on a collision course but the last 4 draws blew that to bits.

Koe is finished.

Too bad.

Boetcher looks good though now that Kennedy figured out the ice.....gets Dunstone tonight, should be a beauty game.

How does this playoff work?
I thought the winners played, with the winner going directly to final and the loser playing the winner of the other game, for a trip to final.

Obviously not

That is how it works starting tomorrow. The games this evening were to determine who would play in the 1 vs 2 game and the 3 vs 4 game.

It’s dumb IMO. You shouldn’t have seeding games this late in a tournament.

Game of inches unlike any other.

Really hoping Boettcher wins the morning game.

Dunstone might just be the best shot maker in the game right now. That was an unbelievable pair of shots.

This end is not going Bottcher’s way. I hope they can salvage it.

Edit: Kennedy is really good; they needed that.

Edit edit: Manitoba was lying four with thirds’ stones coming and some perfection forced Manitoba to score only one.

Almost a pure reversal of last night's game in the 10th. A steal to win, skip couldn't make a difficult shot to win.

I like Dunstone a lot, hope he gets it done.
