*If Williams plays 50+ CPHL games in 2020-21, NYI receives a 3rd. If Williams plays 30-49 games, NYI receives a 4th. If Williams plays 0-29 games, NYI receives no additional compensation.

Clearly a cap-saving move for me. Zuccarello is better than Foligno but I needed some more flexibility at centre. Williams is a risk-free gamble for TB. If he retires, no hard feelings – that cap hit is gone. It was fun coming up with the condition, should be a neat one to follow.
