Selling a Home? -Our Unique Listing Packages
We have a couple different options for sellers to choose from.
Option 1-
Build your own listing... The total cost of this package will reflect the services that you want. There have been some clients whom do not want to pay full price when they feel only a couple of our services are needed. We have a list of all the services that would be expected of a realtor and you build your own package. Please message or phone me for this PDF file.
Option 2-
Our full package that has you covered from start to finish and you might even find a nice discount. Some of the things you can expect are...
- Detailed floor plan of your home. We feel that buyers need to mentally imagine themselves living in your home. A combination of our professional photographs along with a birds eye view of the floor plan will do just so.
- High quality feature sheets. Ever browse a home and leave with a copy of the MLS printout? This gives you 1 picture and a bunch of information you really could care less about. Once buyers leave your home they might have upwards of 10 MLS printouts leaving your place to be just 1 of the 10. If they go home with a quality pamphlet full of photos and information they care about we believe a second showing will be in store.
- PICTURES PICTURES PICTURES... Have you ever browsed some listings that look like a joke? A dark shot, horrible angles, a foot or reflection and some pictures still have the date and time in the bottom corner as if it came from a kodak disposable. We use a high end canon camera with a wide angle lens and take 50-100 pictures. Only 20 can be put on the MLS however viewers can click on a online album to see more.
- Video. If a picture wont do justice then the video camera is brought out. Videos are fun and informative to buyers!
