Not impressed.. loved this guy. Flames treated him great and now signs for less than the flames offered I’m sure. Weak sauce. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Any bs about “knowing where his loyalty lies” Is down the drain for me. I don’t wish bad on him but could care less now.

Meh, he's a hockey player that isn't here anymore, anyone is entitled to love or hate him. It makes no difference to anyone.
I'd be more interested in understanding his thinking here.
He'd have probably gotten more term, more money, more playing time to boost his value but no chance at winning.
We are going to lose. A lot.
Or its entirely possible that he and/or his Agent just simply mis-read the market?
As for Kylington himself? I dont wish him any ill-will he's just not my concern anymore. Best of luck in Denver and adios!
I mean, we pretty well knew he wasn't coming back, its the structure of what he left for thats interesting.

Kind of up on your high horse here.
Flames treated him with a ton of class and loyalty, and he chose to leave to chase money because the Flames were unwilling to overpay him.
People here were very invested in his return and showed him a ton of patience and love when he did eventually make it back. Even if you disagree with people being pissed at him don't pretend their position is dumb.
Like any other player he chose to leave and people are free to hate him with the fire of a thousand Suns.
Now, people calling him soft? That is dumb.

Is Walker Duehr now the third longest tenured Flame after Backlund and Andersson? Or is that Blake Coleman?

He must not have been getting a lot of offers and really wanted out of Calgary if he was willing to sign with the Avs to be their 6/7 dman

But hey! He got that extra $.05! So he's got that going for him, which is nice.

That is wild to actually see that. I still see Pospisil, Wolf, Zary, and Duehr as still kind of rookies.
