You know it's going to be painful when 5 of your starting lineup are below the mendoza line.
At some point you need to DH for Jansen when he's catching and let the pitchers take their ABs.
In 2018 pitchers slashed .115/.144/.148, Jansen is .065/.147/.097 this season.

Yeah I'm at the point where if Jansen has to hit they should just tell him not to swing. You'd think he'd atleast walk 1 out of 5 or 6 at bats then. Raise that OBP to .200 or so.

This team needs a greasy win so bad. Hopefully the bats will come around soon to support the pitching which has been getting the job done with gum, tinfoil, and paperclips.
