Nice to see the clubs and/or league deciding to wear their “proper” colours for a derby match.
The red with white looked sharper IMO, but as a dark, away option, this looks pretty solid.

Can't tell if Gareth Wheeler likes FC Edmonton, or just hates Cavalry. His subtle digs commenting on what's 'good' about Edmonton's play and it's 'good' that Calgary doesn't have shots yet is irritating.

I actually forgot about the Flames game last night, despite the Cavs game ending before the Flames game started. I've become such a Cavs supporter and follower that I have become a terrible Flames fan in the process, haha.

Same, I forgot Game 6 was last night. Cavalry have had as much success in the 1 year I have supported them than the 30 years I have supported the Flames.

Forge and Pacific on CBC right now. Also just fired off a tweet to CBC Sports to let them know that it was a good decision. I don’t really care who is playing - matches on traditional TV is very good for the league.
Too bad about the Valour-York9 scoreless snoozefest as the early match though.

Edmonton looked terrible for 85 minutes, with Ottawa happy to sit back and defend. Edmonton scored 2 goals in the last 5 minutes to draw. Can't say the games haven't been interesting...
